Holiday Valley is in full prep mode for 10th annual Beer and Wine Festival on Nov. 9. To kick off the weekend right, make plans to attend the Friday night Brew Master’s Dinner on Nov. 8.
“It’s hard to believe this is the 10th annual Beer and Wine Festival! Every year it gets better and better but still maintains a great vibe with Big Leg Emma and all the brewers,” said Jane Eshbaugh, director of marketing for Holiday Valley.
Friday Night Brew Master’s Dinner
Join us for the sixth annual Brew Master’s Dinner, a beer and food pairing event. The evening will feature the unbelievable flavor combinations of nationally recognized craft beers and classic seasonally focused, locally sourced cuisine. The event is an informal and intimate brew master meet and greet.
Brewers will be on hand to discuss each beer with you and explain the pairing decisions. And new to the event this year, the food items will be grown and purchased from within a 60-mile radius of Holiday Valley! The menu will include local foods like Amish Valley View cheeses, Amish breads, Wendell’s poultry, grapes from Silver Creek and Watsons’s chocolates.
“We’re really excited about the Brewer’s Dinner this year with local fresh foods,” said Eshbaugh. “This is a direction we’re heading for John Harvard’s, too. Get the brewers to start talking about their beer and you can learn a lot!”
The Brewer Meet & Greet Dinner Extravaganza will be held at Holiday Valley’s Tannenbaum Lodge at 6 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8. The event will begin with hors d’ oeuvres at 6 p.m. and stations opening at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $65 per person. Join us for a night of good people, good beer and good food!
