Spend the February Break at Holiday Valley

kidsThe February school break is here and what better time to explore all the kid-friendly fun at Holiday Valley than now!

From exploring secret trails through the woods to flying down the Mountain Coaster to learning about real Indians during a “Clan Hunt,” where kids explore the resort with their instructor, the fun kids have at Holiday Valley and the time spent with family and friends is the stuff that makes childhood memories.

Holiday Valley loves kids, and has plenty of fun and exciting trails to explore, 11 family-friendly quad chairs to ride, four terrain parks and the all new Riglet park, especially for the younger set. Be sure to check out the “secret” Fort, hidden away in the woods of the Tannenbaum area and built just for kids! You’ll find a maze, slides and other fun stuff to explore with your Mountain Adventure class or with your friends. At the top of almost every lift, you’ll find an easier way down, so families can ski together.

The family friendly Sky High Mountain Coaster is located near the Tannenbaum Lodge. The coaster is a thrilling ride down the mountain zigzagging and spiraling through the trees and over a ravine. Be sure to purchase your Coaster tickets when you get your lift tickets for the best pricing.

Make a getaway of your visit at the slopeside Inn at Holiday Valley! Rooms are super-sized with a mini-fridge, and the heated indoor/outdoor pool is a blast to swim in during a snowstorm! Free continental breakfast, a sauna and hot tub, family board games, a small library and a chairlift right outside your door all make this place great for families.
