VILLAGE OF ELLICOTTVILLE, NEW YORK
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 7-725-b of the NYS Village Law, a public hearing before the Village of Ellicottville Planning Board will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 5:30 P.M. in the Ellicottville Town Hall, 1 West Washington Street, Ellicottville, New York to consider:
Planning Board Application No. PB-2014-11
An application by Glendale Development, LLC (Applicant) for a Master Planned Development for property located at 31 Fillmore Drive (Parcel ID 55.027-2-6.2). The Applicant’s proposal to build nine (9) townhouses (18 total dwelling units) is in conformity with the provisions and requirements of the Village Medium Density (MD) District as established by the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law of 2014 and permitted by Permitted Use and Special Use in the MD District by review and approval by the Planning Board.
As such, a public hearing has been scheduled for this application on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 as noted above. On conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Board will convene to take action on this Master Planned Development application.
Application materials are available for review from the Village of Ellicottville Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Officer at the Department of Public Works Building, 9 Mill Street from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., weekdays. The Planning Board will hear all interested persons within regard to this application at the public hearing. Persons wishing to do so may submit written comments at or prior to the public hearing.

An application by Kody Sprague (Owner) for a Major Subdivision for property located along Fillmore and Parkside Drives (address listed as 2-85 Bristol Lane, Parcel ID 55.027-2-6.1). The Applicant’s proposal to build nineteen (19) single family homes is in conformity with the provisions and requirements of the Village Medium Density (MD) District as established by the Village of Ellicottville Zoning Local Law of 2014 and permitted by Permitted Use and Special Use in the MD District by review and approval by the Planning Board.
As such, a public hearing has been scheduled for this application on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 as noted above. On conclusion of the public hearing, the Planning Board will convene to take action on this Major Subdivision application.
