Brunch and School Tour Also Scheduled
The Ellicottville Central School Alumni Association is holding its annual banquet on Friday, July 17 at 5:30 p.m. at Holiday Valley’s Tannenbaum Lodge. Tickets are $30 per person and include a social hour and delicious dinner.
Alumni also are invited to join their friends on Saturday morning for a light brunch at 9 a.m. at the United Church of Ellicottville and to take a tour of the school at 11 a.m. As you probably know, the school is under construction while a new multi-purpose gymnasium and other major improvements are being made.
Beginning with the class of 1965, every five-year class (1970, 1975, 1980….) is being honored this year. In addition, the 2015 recipients of the alumni association’s $1000 scholarships – Alex Delity and Nathan Dunkleman – will be recognized.
And yes, all newly graduated class of 2015 students are invited to attend their very first alumni banquet!
The Alumni Association is led by a board of directors that includes officers John Burrell, President; Nancy Emke Rogan, Vice President; Margaret Eysaman O’Brien, Secretary; and Mark Ward, Treasurer. The rest of the board includes Liz Brennen, Donna Brooks, Nancy Adams Brown, Bill Delity, Caroline Ditcher Westcott, Shawne Hunt, Karen Taylor Kelly, Charlie Marsh, Frank Morlock, Susie Nannen Stakel and Pete Widger.
