The 2016 application process for scholarships managed by the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation is now open for area high school students.
The scholarship application portal is available on the CRCF Scholarships page at http://cattfoundation.org/scholarships/. Applicants fill out one common form to be considered for awards offered from more than 40 scholarship funds.
Students also will submit required documents such as transcripts and reference letters through the online portal.
Last year, the Foundation board of directors awarded more than $120,000 in scholarship aid from the funds it manages to more than 60 students, according to Karen Niemic Buchheit, CRCF Executive Director.
