Looking for a good, high quality sound from some serious musicians? Look no farther. On Sunday, July 31, you’ll have that chance as the George Scott Big Band performs at the Winery of Ellicottville Mainstage on Monroe Street, as part of the Ellicottville Jazz and Blues Festival sponsored by the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce.

Comprised of 17 musicians, a couple singers, and even some dancers, the big band brings that big sound back to life, playing standards and even popular tunes from groups like Chicago and Earth, Wind and Fire. Hear all of your jazz, big band, and dance music all in one place. Put on your dancing shoes, you’re going to want to be out there stepping with the dancers.

This band isn’t just tossed together. These guys perform at the Colored Musicians Club, in Buffalo, every Monday night. Come out and see what’s made them as popular as they are when they perform live and in person under the tent at the Winery of Ellicottville Mainstage.
