As your fitness consultant, I wanted to make you aware of the classes that are offered at Core Performance Fitness & Training. With colder weather rolling in, fitness classes are an affordable and excellent way to get in shape.
Core Performance offers a variety of strength and conditioning classes designed around everyone’s individual needs and desires. We also have “live” instructors that can modify exercises and monitor your form to prevent you from injuring yourself. There is a Crack of Dawn class offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 6 a.m. for early risers. This class is non-stop movement from start to finish. It combines cardio, circuit training and weight training to give participants a total body workout. Core Performance does have showers for folks who are headed straight to work.
At 8:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, we offer another strength and conditioning class called the No Jumping Class. This class still offers participants a challenging workout, but keeps the cardio low impact.
At 5:15 p.m. on Monday, Tuesdays and Thursdays, we offer yet another Strength and Conditioning class that is Full Throttle. This class can also be modified; so do not let the name of it scare you away. On Saturdays at 8 a.m., this class becomes a circuit training class. During circuits, we take advantage of everything the studio has to offer, from TRX bands to kettle bells and BOSU balls, this class is always challenging, fun and different.
We also offer Pilates classes on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. Our Monday Pilates class is a circuit class that uses TRX, Swiss balls and other equipment to engage your core and total body. Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 a.m., our Pilates class is geared toward building your individual strengths and weaknesses. Pilates is a low impact class that revolves around breath, flow, and precision of movement and control of your core.
And, finally, Core Performance will be offers a class called The Basics. This class will is on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. This class was created for the newbie to strength training. It is only 30 minutes and will help the participant to become accustomed to strength training form, breathing and benefits.
