Ellicottville Fire Department holds installation banquet

The Ellicottville Fire Department held its annual installation banquet on Saturday, Dec. 8. Chief Ed Fredrickson reported that the fire department responded to 173 fire calls in 2018. This included 10 structure fires, 34 motor vehicle accidents, three vehicle fires, 35 false alarms, 50 hazards and 10 landing zones for Mercy Flight. The company also had 50 work sessions. Chief ...
